He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Data Pioneer Solutions, where he oversees the integration of engineering best practices and mechanical integrity programs. With a background that includes leadership roles across global plant and corporate operations, James holds multiple technical degrees and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Christopher Aguayo is a corrosion and materials engineering expert with over 14 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industries. Currently, Christopher serves as VP of Sales, Marketing and Consulting for Data Pioneer Solutions. He served as Team Leader of Materials and Corrosion and Senior Engineer II at The Equity Engineering Group. His career includes key roles at Shell, Chevron, and MISTRAS, where he developed and implemented inspection programs, led root cause analyses, and supported turnarounds across major refinery operations.

Dr. Noah Smick is a physicist and technology executive with over 15 years of experience across plasma physics, accelerator technology, and advanced energy systems. He currently serves as VP of Technical Marketing at Data Pioneer Solutions, where he bridges technical innovation with market strategy. With a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from MIT and a background that includes leadership roles at Neutron Therapeutics and GT Advanced Technologies, Dr. Smick brings deep expertise in commercializing complex technologies in the energy, medical, and semiconductor sectors.

Jim McVay is a metallurgical and corrosion engineering leader with 38+ years in mechanical integrity and inspection across refining, petrochemical, aerospace, and utilities; a Co-Founder of Data Pioneer Solutions, he has led advanced NDE sensor integration and risk-based MI programs, with senior roles at Marathon Petroleum, E2G (Equity Engineering), Mistras, and Tesoro.

Dr. Narasi Sridhar is a globally recognized expert in materials performance, corrosion, and risk management, with over 40 years of experience spanning the chemical, nuclear, and oil and gas industries. He currently serves as a Technology Advisor to Data Pioneer Solutions, supporting advanced strategies in sustainability, aging systems, and green technologies. Dr. Sridhar is also the CEO of MC Consult LLC and a former VP at DNV GL, with a distinguished academic background including a Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame and a research professorship at The Ohio State University.

Vilupanur A. Ravi, PhD, is Professor and former Chair in the Department of Chemical & Materials Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona with 35+ years of experience, specializing in high-temperature materials, protective coatings, and corrosion. He has been recognized for his work with several awards and honors including Willis Whitney Technical Achievement Award from AMPP, NACE Western Area Engineer of the Year Award, and the NACE Technical Achievement Award. He is currently a Navy Distinguished Faculty Fellow and was a NASA Faculty Fellow and an NRC Summer Faculty Fellow. He is also an elected Fellow of seven different professional organizations including the National Academy of Inventors; American Association for the Advancement of Science; ASM International and NACE International. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in California, a Chartered Engineer (CEng) in the UK and a European Engineer (Eur Ing). Dr. Ravi received his PhD degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA. He has served as a trustee of ASM International and as president of Alpha Sigma Mu and the AAAS Pacific Division. Dr. Ravi holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering from The Ohio State University and currently serves as a technology advisor to Data Pioneer Solutions.

Phil Prueter, P.E., is an engineering design, fitness-for-service (FFS), and mechanical integrity expert with 15+ years of consulting experience across the oil & gas, petrochemical, specialty chemical, fertilizer, renewables, and power generation industries. He is the former SVP of Consulting at The Equity Engineering Group, where he led a broad range of engineering teams. He holds a BS and MS in mechanical engineering, is a registered P.E. in numerous states, an ASME and API contributor, and prolific author recognized for adding to the industry body of knowledge related to Codes & Standards development and interpretation, equipment inspection/repair strategies and post weld heat treatment (PWHT), high-temperature creep, HTHA, fracture mechanics, weld residual stress simulation, metallurgical embrittlement, stress corrosion cracking, wet H2S damage, thermal-mechanical fatigue, and design by analysis (DBA). He is a Technical Advisor for Data Pioneer Solutions and Founder of Prueter Engineering. Phil is focused on providing specialty consulting support, training, and practical solutions to owner-operators with a focus on safety, long-term equipment reliability, and production.

Davis Lee, PhD, is a veteran technologist, licensed profession engineer and physicist with over 25 years of experience across semiconductor, medical device, and nuclear sectors. He is the CTO and Founder of Clocktower and currently serves as a Technology Advisor to Data Pioneer Solutions. With over 110 patents, Dr. Lee has led the development of multi-billion-dollar plasma technologies and holds advanced degrees in nuclear science, applied physics, and computational mathematics from institutions including MIT and Johns Hopkins.
